Commissioned by Josephine WebWe, the agency that provided the designs, images and videos included in the contents, developed the website for the #Fidbak campaign launched by the Special Committee on Suggestions and Complaints of the City Council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
A portal set up as a blog in which, in addition to information on the Fidbak competition, the videos in which different residents of the capital of the island of Tenerife contributed ideas for improving the city appeared in chronological order.
Fidbak.info was linked to the main social networks so that all the posts were published simultaneously on the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts created for this purpose. The competition achieved a very significant participation from the public. The winners of the best ideas received prizes provided by various sponsors.
